I spy with my little eye...

Maryanne has answered the double challenge in style. As you can see its 2 pages of8.5x12 inch LO. And still able to fit 9 pics with plenty of 'negative or white' space left on the grid side and 1 more larger, eye catching pic on the right side of the LO. I think Maryanne is answering several challenges in one go. I spy buttons, I spy ric rac and I spy sewing. Is that doodling too???
The little touches of blue finish it all off nicely.

this looks great Maryanne!
love the Kraft and blue combination. and the grid is great... mind if I lift it??

Feeling quite lonely in here.
Where is everyone?
Might have to do a roll call... I think a few bloggers are MIA!!

On a more sombre note.. I hope that if you have family and friends in Victoria that they are all safe. So sad.

Love your stuff Dongy. Gr8 look with the grid. Might have to lift some of your lo ideas I reckon - if u don't mind. The Fireman poem on your blog brought a tear to my eye as I thought of the firemen that have lost their families while saving other people's. Tragic for so many in Victoria.

Mare ... so love the combo of red and teal and that blue Basic Grey Offbeat paper is one of my favorites. Great work here again!
Hey, what's with the Dongy nickname ... please explain??!!

re nickname, My grandmother is of chinese heritage, and when I was born I apparently looked a bit chinese, and one of the nurses remarked about my chingy eyes and suggested putting "wong" in my name[joking Im sure].anyway "wong" became my nickname, which became "wongy", and then when my sister came along she pronounced the w as d= so there you have it=dongy.
The name stuck for years until, after I had kids, and one day for some reason my brother thought it quite funny to shorten my name to mary,so dongy slowly dissappeared, but there are a few who still call me by that every now and again!!
[pretty boring really].

actually forgot to say that from there, somewhere along the way scruff altered it to scary, quite funny last night at work, he rang and asked one of the girls if he could talk to "scary". Think they just thought they heard it wrong.

I hadn't seen 'Dongy' mentioned on the blog much so I wasn't certain if you still went by that nickname ... it was interesting to see how it came about tho !
Oh, great page too !
