cranking up the excitment

Hi girls :)

Yesterday Meredith, Tiff, Val and myself (lucky Sue got to go fishing in their new boat instead!) started packing kits for the retreat. All very exciting stuff - it feels so 'real' now we have bagged and labeled most things.

Only a few things left to go in them (just waiting on a couple of arrivals) and then they are good to go. Let me tell you that it was a great job to get out the way but a lot of fun doing it.

You girls are going to be spoilt ROTTEN!!

....and our major surprise hasn't even arrived yet!! Another two weeks and they will be here :)

So with that, and my office looking like some sort of scrapbook storeroom explosion :-o i thought i would give you a couple more sneak peeks.

Let us know what you think!

If you are a retreat attendee we would love for you to say hello and let us know what part of the retreat you are actually looking forward to.
For me it is the 'end result' of all our hard work. Seeing all the ladies happy with what WE have done really gives me a buzz. Can't wait for that :)
oh and the shopping isn't bad either ;-)

hi girls, ditto to what sandra and zanny said!!!The sneak peeks are quite tantalising, reminding us all that its not too far away now.I cant believe how fast the year is flying by already, um that means Im just getting older Im afraid.
And I think it was a fluke to get in before sandra, zanny!

Well Sandra, I think you might be a tragic (but in a good way).
I'm excited about the retreat because I may actually get some scrapping done!! It's literally been months... poor me.
The social side is a plus of course, and then there's all the lovely goodies...
CAN'T WAIT!!!!

If I suggested you were a tragic then I would have to admit that I am 2. At least we care enough to comment Sandra, and isn't it fun reading new comments when you come onto the blog (even if it is 5 times a day!!)?

It is great to see some new faces here like Zani and Julie. So glad you came out of lurking and said hello.

So Zan does this mean you have the www. at your house now? I can't imagine you driving into the school 5 times a day to check out the escape blog LOL.

Really happy to see some new comments in here every day too!

Yep! We finally caught up with the 21st century and are now online. Still some kinks to iron out, but the important bits are working. (visit no. 2 today and counting).

It's been quite funny reading the comments you girls have been throwing at each other (Hi there Zan, Sandra and co x!!).
I'm probably one of those 'lurkers' who should comment more often on here! ... hopefully after the retreat I'll be into my scrapping a whole lot more and can join in the fun of your challenges.
I'm looking forward to a fun retreat weekend with some great company, creative people (who I will no doubt learn lots from) and lots of laughs ! (oh, and massages, what bliss !!)
Your little 'sneak peaks' look fantastic ... can't wait !
Well done organisers !

Hi girls!
What I'm looking forward to is to put real people to the online personas I feel I know so well! It does seem very very strange to be crossing half the country (by car even) to meet a bunch of scrapping strangers, but I'm sure it will be a blast! The goodies look pretty amazing too, so that will be a treat too :)
